autorun or autostart

the program should have an option or automatically autorun or auto start when the phone is switched on, it would save having to install another app to do this or having to start it each time i turn the phone on wich is currently 3 times a day

this would require app to be certified. Currently, as long the application is free, this is not an option. In fact, the app already contains the autostart files and will be started automatically is it will signed with more capabilities enabled.
