in version 0.10.67 (28.05) setting windows pops above of the window LockScreenSaver ...

Yes this was reproduced also here. A new version with this (and some other) corrections will be released tomorrow, 1st of June.

this seems to work in 0.10.68. thanks for your efforts for reporting the error.
0.10.69 will enable the app icon in task switcher when the settings dialog is open.
